You may consider our warranty more of a customer satisfaction program that means what we say – “If you are not completely satisfied, we will do whatever it takes to make it right – based on your expectations and not ours”

We warrant this coating/flooring system for a period of One Year against any and all defects in materials and workmanship. It is extended to the owners of the building only and is expressly in lieu of all other express warranties.  If damage from defects or workmanship occurs within the terms of this Warranty, we will repair any such damage free of charge during the warranty period, including removing and replacing other work as necessary to accomplish repair or replacement of flooring covered by this warranty.

In order to keep this Warranty in effect:  We reserves the right to inspect the floor, at our cost, once a year.

This Warranty does not apply to:

 

1.  Damage caused by substrate movement.

2.  Damage caused by chemicals exceeding the chemical resistance of the floor.

3.  Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, or negligence.

4.  Damage caused by contamination of substrate.

5.  Damage caused by improper maintenance.

6.  Damage caused by vapor drive.
